Beetham Food was established in 2009 by husband and wife team, Jamie and Louisa Beetham.

Jamie has over 15 years experience in the catering and hospitality industry having previously been involved in running the family hotel on the Roseland ‘Pendower Beach House’. He then offered a personal and event chef service for a diverse selection of exclusive events, which formed the vision for Beetham Food and the rest is history.

Jamie is passionate about food and creating sublime menus for people to enjoy.

Louisa is responsible for the day to day running of the business and also runs The Creative Crockery Company a vintage china, tableware and decorative accessory hire service
